Welcome CSUMB Alums!

You never know when you might need career services again.

If you are in the CSUMB area, and are a California State University, Monterey Bay Alumni Association member you have free access to Career Development services such as Graduate School Fair and Career Fair, the Career Resource Library, and Workshops.

For the first 3 months after your graduation date, all career counseling services are free. Counseling services available, include:

• Resume and personal statement (for graduate school) help
• Career assessment administration and counseling
• Job search advice
• Graduate school application advice

If you need career counseling after that time you can:
Schedule a single, 45-minute career counseling session for $40 or $25 for alumni association members.

If you are not near CSUMB, but you are near another CSU, reciprocal services at ALL CSU Career Development Offices are available to you (services they offer may charge a fee to all alumnus, including their own). To receive a letter of reciprocal services from CSUMB, please request one in an email by emailing us at career_development@csumb.edu, and stating your full name and date of graduation.

If you are not in California, you may email us as well with your questions and we will do the best we can to offer you long distance guidance and/or referral, be it over the telephone or by email.
