Rhonda Mercadal-Espinosa, Career Exloration and Development Coordinator, B.S. Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources and a M.B.A. in Human Resource Management. Rhonda brings her passion for working with first generation students in empowering them through education and career advising. Rhonda serves as the Secretary and Resource Development for Franciscan Workers of Junipero Serra Dorothy’s Place. She is also an active member of the Central Coast Human Resources (CCHRA) and Community Alliance for Safety and Peace (CASP) in Salinas.

Thomas Rogers, Career Advisor / Event Coordinator, B.A. in Psychology, M.A. in Cultural Anthropology. Thomas has 15 years of experience in counseling and instructing. He was a teacher in China with the Peace Corp and a career counselor at both AT&T and San Jose State University. He helps students connect their skills and passions with their field of study and career goals. Thomas facilitates workshops and plans events for Academic & Career Advising.
